M and I will soon be renovating/building a house. Yes, you read that correctly. I know, I can hardly believe it myself.
The story thus far: M’s mother inherited an house built in the early 1930’s. There is a lot of history and emotion bundled up in this house. I don’t feel like getting into it right here and now, but suffice to say, we’re going balls out on this. We are going to renovate the main house and build onto the back. Yes, at the same time. I know, it’s totally mad.

I’ve been neglecting this blog a bit. I just haven’t had the desire to keep up with it. There has been a lot going on but I just don’t find it necessary to share it all here.
The new job is still going.
I went to Austin and Florida for the holidays.

Which leads to… we will be moving towards the end of the year. More on that later perhaps.
